Registration for the 37th Annual Foodshare Walk Against Hunger is OPEN! Foodshare in partnership with their presenting sponsor, Stop & Shop, will host this year’s event on Saturday, May 9th at
Dunkin’ Donuts Park – home of the Hartford Yard Goats.
In addition to raising funds for an important cause, the Walk is fun-filled and family-friendly with live entertainment, giveaways and of course baby goats! The emcees for this year are the one and only Renee DiNino from I-Heart Media and The River 105.9 and Scot Haney, Meteorologist at WFSB.
Funds raised from the Walk support Foodshare’s efforts to fight hunger year-round, as well as the 280 partner programs who help serve the 118,000 people in Hartford and Tolland counties struggling with food insecurity.
