Day Pitney was recognized as one of the “2020 Working Mother Best Law Firms for Women,” by Working Mother magazine’s Best Law Firms for Women initiative. Working Mother surveys practices at U.S. law firms with a purpose to celebrate the firms that are most successful in their efforts and results in utilizing best practices in retaining and promoting women lawyers.
Determination of a ranking includes questions about female representation, women’s initiatives, workplace culture, networking, flexibility, mentoring, compensation, paid time off and parental leaves, development and retention, partnership, and advancement. Scores are determined by female presence, roles, policies, programs, and usage rate, as reported by the law firms.
