Halloran Sage has hired associates Phoebe Roth and Elizabeth Leo to the firm’s Hartford office. Phoebe joins the Health Care Practice Group and will assist clients with matters related to reimbursement audits, rate appeals, fraud enforcement, HIPAA, licensure, and administrative law. She brings prior experience in commercial litigation and health law to her practice. She earned her JD from Northeastern University School of Law and her BA from Colby College.
Elizabeth Leo joins the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice will focus on tort claims, with matters ranging from motor vehicle and uninsured/underinsured motorist to professional and products liability. Elizabeth brings previous experience in civil litigation to her practice. She earned her JD from Elon University School of Law and her BA from SUNY at Buffalo.
