Is your request for a location in Hartford? While we try our best to be helpful, we can only accept requests for locations within City limits.

Are you able to identify the house number, cross street, or intersection for your request?

You can dial 311 from a landline and some mobile phones. All others please dial (860) 757-9311.

You can download the Hartford 311 app for fast and easy submissions. The app can also help with pinpointing your request location.

Metered parking is available around City Hall or at the Hartford Public Library. We do not validate parking.
