For the tenth straight year, Liberty Bank is named a Hartford Courant Top Workplace, as voted on by its teammates through an anonymous all employee survey held in the spring of 2021.
Liberty has been participating in this employee engagement initiative since 2012. This year, the Bank also received special recognition for its stellar Employee Benefits Package.
Approximately 900 area companies were invited to participate. In 2021, Liberty Bank was one of 58 companies and organizations in Greater Hartford and Central Connecticut to receive this outstanding honor. For the second year in a row, the annual Top Workplaces celebration was held in a virtual setting on Thursday, September 23. Winners in small, medium and large employer categories were announced amongst hundreds of attendees.
