Pullman & Comley’s Family Law practice was recognized at the 2022 Connecticut Legal Awards, presented by the Connecticut Law Tribune. The practice was the recipient of the “Litigation Department of the Year — Specialty Litigation Practice” award. The ceremony was held on May 11 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville.

The firm’s Family Law practice group is chaired by Campbell Barrett and also includes attorneys Livia DeFilippis Barndollar, Judge Anne Dranginis (Ret.), Jon Kukucka, Stacie Provencher and Kelly Scott. Kelly was also honored that night with the “New Leader in the Law” award, which is granted to lawyers under the age of 40 who have excelled in the courtroom, client services and in service to bar associations and in performing pro bono work.

The CT Law Trib’s Litigation Departments of the Year award program was open to law firms with a litigation practice in Connecticut. Pullman & Comley’s Family Law practice won in the Specialty Litigation category, for practices focusing on particular niche areas of litigation such as appellate, intellectual property, products liability/mass torts, labor and employment, insurance, arbitration/mediation services, personal injury, white collar/corporate compliance, probate and, of course, family law.
