Robinson+Cole was honored by Lawyers for Children America (LFCA) for having contributed the single largest amount of pro bono services to the organization in both 2020 and 2021, as measured by the estimated monetary value of the work of the firm’s volunteers among all law firms in the state, according to LFCA Executive Director, Priscilla Pappadia. Robinson+Cole’s longstanding commitment and exceptional pro bono contributions were recognized during the LFCA Awards Gala attended by some 150 people at the Glastonbury (CT) Boathouse on June 8, 2022.
LFCA is a leading child advocacy organization, working to protect the rights of children who are victims of abuse, neglect and abandonment, by providing the highest level of direct pro bono legal representation. LFCA’s annual awards evening celebrates the work of volunteer attorneys, corporate law departments and law firms serving Connecticut children in need.
In 2019, Robinson+Cole Pro Bono Committee Chair, Peter Knight was honored by the Connecticut office of LFCA as an outstanding individual pro bono volunteer.
