Founded in 2016, the Women’s Leadership Center (WLC) at the University of Saint Joseph is committed to developing inspiring and effective leaders and preparing women for success in their future careers.

This year the WLC is celebrating its five-year anniversary and to celebrate this milestone they are launching a year-long initiative to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce to strengthen women leaders everywhere.

All are invited to participate in the WLC 2021-2022 series, Advancing Your Career in a Complex World.

This series, hosted by the WLC, sponsored by The Hartford, and planned in consultation with the National Conference for Community and Justice, focuses on pressing social issues relevant to leaders across the globe.
