Legislative Affairs Council

Our Legislative Affairs Council is responsible for creating and executing a strategy designed to unify the voice of the Hartford Region’s business and economic development leaders on important policy issues.

The Legislative Affairs Council, which meets monthly, shapes our public policy agenda, meets with key government leaders, forms advocacy positions on critical issues, and increases the Alliance’s visibility in public policy circles.

Networking opportunities with business and government leaders in Hartford and Washington, D.C., arise out of involvement with the Council, and participants rely on the Council for updated information on the latest topics and trend in politics and government.

This interest group is actively engaged with a reputation for effective leadership and advocacy on behalf of the Hartford Region business community.
