 Hartford, CT – Chrysalis Center, Inc. is pleased to welcome Tia Cintron to the Board of Directors. Ms. Cintron of West Simsbury is a Managing Principal at Health Management Associates. She received her Master of Arts in Health Care Administration from San Jose State University and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science at Portland State University. Â
