Claude Richardson Joins Delta Dental of New Jersey and Delta Dental of Connecticut as Senior Vice President of Human Resources
PARSIPPANY, NJ—Delta Dental of New Jersey, Inc. (DDNJ) and Delta Dental of Connecticut is pleased to announce Claude Richardson will be joining them as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Claude replaces Kathleen Fennell who recently retired after 40 years with the state’s leading dental benefits company.
A seasoned human resources executive, Claude brings over 20 years of experience holding a variety of leadership positions for global companies to his new role. At DDNJ, Claude will be responsible for developing and providing human resources strategy and support for over 250 employees. Succession planning, talent management, change management, labor relations, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation are among the key areas where he will be offering guidance.

Claude Richardson is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Delta Dental of New Jersey. With over 20 years of experience, he has provided strategic human resources support and leadership for global companies across the publishing, industrial, aerospace and defense, pharmaceutical, and financial services industries, including Scholastic Corporation, Ametek, Lockheed Martin, Johnson & Johnson, and Citigroup. A decorated military veteran and officer in the United States Marine Corps, Claude received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the US Naval Academy and his Executive Master’s in Human Resources Leadership from Rutgers University. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Navy Commendation Medal.
