Cognizant is pleased to announce that Meera Krishnamurthy, Senior Vice President and Strategic Business Unit leader for Insurance, North America, has been promoted to lead the global Insurance practice, effective immediately.
Her accomplishments over the past 15 years have been exceptional. She’s led the largest and most successful account portfolios in our Cognizant Insurance practice and held key leadership roles around the world helping clients build stronger, more agile, and innovative businesses.
Meera currently sits on the Board of Directors at Makers@, and is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Cognizant U.S. Foundation. She is also actively involved in a variety of Cognizant outreach and diversity programs. She also serves as the Regional Leader of Cognizant’s Women Empowered business resource group in Hartford, Connecticut, and is a leader in creating an environment where diversity of thought and inclusion is viewed as a business imperative.
