(July 12, 2021) – Five Eight Holdings, a real estate investment company focused on reviving properties and uplifting communities in Connecticut, is proud to announce Managing Partner Richard Brown has been named to the executive leadership team of Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CTREIA). Brown joins CTREIA as Director of Coaching and Chief Membership Officer, and will expand the organization’s capacity to inspire, educate, and equip novice and seasoned real estate investors for success.

Prior to Five Eight Holdings’ formal launch in 2018, Brown served as Vice President of Investor Relations for the MetroHartford Alliance, an economic development partnership dedicated to growing jobs, capital, and talent for the Hartford Region. Brown remains focused on community betterment, particularly on providing young people with experiences and opportunities to lead positive, productive lives. He has served on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations dedicated to children’s welfare, economic empowerment, social services, and education. Rich served as treasurer for the Betty Knox Foundation for nine years and is an active member of the Board of Directors for Hartford’s Camp Courant and the J. Walton Bissell Foundation.
