Halloran Sage is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm into Massachusetts with the addition of Cooley Shrair, a Springfield-based law firm that handles primarily transactional matters. Named Partners Peter and David Shrair and attorneys Robert Dambrov, Susan McCoy, John Davis, and Alison Shimel will join Halloran Sage.

Cooley Shrair handles a large volume of Corporate, Real Estate, and Business matters for some of the largest and most successful financial entities and companies in the area. The firm’s commitment to exceeding client expectations and providing integrated legal services is its calling card. Established in 1946, the firm has had a strong and meaningful commitment to Springfield, Western Massachusetts, and the entire State for over 70 years.
