Hartford HealthCare’s Center for Gender Health has officially launched its website and is open for patient referrals! The Center for Gender Health offers comprehensive, compassionate healthcare services for transgender adults bringing together experts across multiple service lines to tailor care to each individual’s needs. The center will begin booking appointments in September of 2022 and will be starting a therapy group called “Transitions” to provide clinical support and connection with peers for anyone going through social or medical transition.
The Center for Gender Health recognizes that each patient’s journey is unique and is determined to provide the best emotional support and medical care one needs as they seek gender affirmation.
