Join the Hartford InsurTech Hub for Digital Demo Day on April 28. The free event will showcase 11 startups and celebrate the transformation they have gone through and the results they have achieved since the beginning of the program in February 2020.
The competitive process from application to finalists whittled down from more than 350 applicants to the final 11. The teams travelled from India, South Africa, and Canada, as well as the United States. These talented InsurTech startups are fostering insurance innovation and providing platforms to trigger a surge of entrepreneurial activity in Hartford.
Partnerships with local insurance companies are essential for the accelerator participants. “Our partners are committed to building emerging companies and growing businesses, which ultimately leads to more jobs and prosperity for our capital city, state, and region,” explains Hartford InsurTech Hub Managing Director Dawn LeBlanc. “The end goal is to develop long-term working relationships between startups and insurers.”
