Klingberg Family Centers, a multi-service nonprofit agency located in New Britain and Hartford offers an array of treatment services for children and families whose lives have been affected by trauma. Klingberg has partnered with Foodshare to open the Klingberg Family Pantry to assist in feeding the families served by Klingberg’s therapeutic programs. Many of these families struggled with food insecurity even before the pandemic, and this year has intensified those problems. The pantry expects to feed about 100 families twice a month.
