Susan Johnson, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at The Hartford, will kick off this important event, illuminating how to manage staff members across different generations. Following her remarks, we will launch a panel discussion of managers from a variety of generations who will share their strategies and insights for managing up, down, and across generational differences.
