Attorney Kelly F. O’Donnell has been elected as a member of Pullman & Comley, LLC, the law firm announced. Kelly’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, contract review and negotiation, customer and vendor agreements and negotiations, protection of intellectual property, corporate succession planning and tax planning advice. She works with businesses of all sizes and assists start-ups with understanding the legal requirements necessary to run their operations. As part of her work in the healthcare arena, Kelly advises hospitals and other providers on risk management issues.

Kelly first joined Pullman & Comley as a summer associate in 2013. She earned her B.A. from UConn in 2011 and her J.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Law School in 2014, where she received the Award for Exceptional Service for her work as the production editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Race & Law.
Community involvement is integral to who Kelly is as a professional. She is co-chair of Pullman & Comley’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is the business law section treasurer for the Connecticut Bar Association and is a founding member of Thrive, the Bridgeport Regional Business Council’s Young Professionals Initiative. Kelly is secretary on the board of directors’ executive committee for the Bridgeport Regional Business Council’s Leadership Greater Bridgeport and sits on the Ernest C. Trefz School of Business Advisory Board at the University of Bridgeport. She is past president of the board of directors for City Lights and Company as well as a former member of the board of trustees at the Discovery Museum.
