Shipman and Goodwin is pleased to welcome Rauchell Beckford-Anderson as an Associate in the Firm’s Employer Defense and Labor Relations Practice Group.
She represents employers in all employment law matters before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and state and federal court.
Rauchell is also a member of the firm’s School Law practice group. She advises universities, colleges, public school districts, independent schools, and other public and private sector clients on education and employment matters.
Prior to joining Shipman, she was an associate at a national coverage and litigation defense law firm. After earning her law degree from Western New England University School of Law, she served as a judicial law clerk for several Connecticut Superior Court judges. She received her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and her B.A. from Central Connecticut State University.
