Highest Rated Law Firm Out of 45 Company Finalists Honored by the Hartford Business Journal for Employee Satisfaction
HARTFORD, CT (March 6, 2023) – Robinson+Cole received a second-place ranking among 16 large employer finalists selected for the Hartford Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in Connecticut recognition. The designation honors companies who were identified as “doing the right things to keep employees interested, engaged and balanced” as determined by a survey administered by third-party research firm, Workforce Research Group.
Robinson+Cole was the highest rated law firm honored during the annual Best Places to Work Awards presented on March 2, 2023, in Plantsville, CT. This is the second consecutive year and ninth time the firm has been named a “Best Place to Work in Connecticut.”

The 2023 and 2022 Hartford Business Journal Best Places to Work in Connecticut recognitions are among a series of “best” workplace honors the firm has recently received. A total of 45 organizations were named finalists in the 17th annual list of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. Participation was voluntary and requested employees to complete a comprehensive 80-question survey facilitated by Workforce Research Group to “really understand the employee experience in each organization.” Employee engagement was noted at 93 percent for this year’s group of honorees, which is significant given that the national average is roughly 35 percent.
