Robinson+Cole is pleased to welcome Catherine Duke as the firm’s Chief Talent Officer. In this role, Ms. Duke will be responsible for the overall professional development, performance management, integration and inclusion of the lawyers and staff at the firm. She will provide leadership in the areas of Talent Management, Professional Development, Human Resources, Recruiting and Diversity & Inclusion, and will be responsible for executing on many of the firm’s strategic initiatives.

Ms. Duke’s objective will be to build upon the firm’s core values of collaboration, civility and inclusion by monitoring industry trends and best practices and implementing strategic initiatives that will both improve performance and enhance the career goals of the firm’s lawyers and administrative personnel. She will also serve as an important resource to the firm’s lawyers and staff to help them address their individual career development and growth.
Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Ms. Duke was the Legal Director of the Labor and Employment department at Proskauer Rose. In that role, she worked with department leadership to develop and manage their team and implement strategic initiatives to best achieve the department’s financial and reputational goals. Prior to that experience, Ms. Duke practiced white-collar criminal defense and business and commercial litigation at two different New York-based law firms. Ms. Duke is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and of Yale Law School.
