Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Vincent R. Merola as an Associate in the Firm’s Business and Finance Department.
Mr. Merola is a member of the Privately Owned Businesses, Mergers and Acquisitions and Emerging Companies Practice Groups. He represents clients in the area of general corporate law.
He has experience conducting legal due diligence with respect to mergers and acquisitions and drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements.
Previously, Mr. Merola served as Lead Counsel – Corporate Governance at Subway World Headquarters. He received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his B.A. from Connecticut College.
