Connecticut has committed to using significant public resources to serve those in need. This post examines the lack of integration among our seven state human services agencies and the critical role of the nonprofit service provider community. State government and the nonprofit community should partner to develop more cost-effective and efficient solutions for both clients and the agencies who serve them.
