MEDIA ALERT: Rebuilding a Better I-84 in Hartford: Proven Needs and Proposed Solutions

Driving on I-84 through Hartford during rush hour can be a harrowing experience with abundant congestion, merges from all angles and aging infrastructure. The I-84 Hartford Project is a (CT DOT) project to address the highway’s structural deficiencies approximately between Flatbush Avenue (Exit 45) and the I-91 interchange.
