The MetroHartford Alliance recently announced the appointment of Julia O’Brien as Chair of Strategic Partners on its Board of Directors. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, O’Brien brings immense experience as the current Vice President & General Counsel at BL Companies, Inc. in Meriden. She has also held positions with Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, PC; Packard BioScience Company; Dexter Corporation; and Day Pitney, LLP.
