Pinck & Co. Hires Director of Business Development for Southern New England and Senior Project Manager for its Western Mass. and Conn. Offices

GLASTONBURY, Conn., (Aug. 4, 2017) -- Pinck & Co., a comprehensive real estate and project management services consulting firm, has announced Alan Lisowski has joined the firm’s Glastonbury, Conn. office as director of business development for Southern New England, and Craig Wilbur has joined the Springfield, Mass. office as senior project manager.

The newly created positions will help the firm develop its portfolio of Western Massachusetts and Connecticut clients, continuing its focus on health care, education, housing, and mixed-use development, according to founder and president Jennifer Pinck.

“We’re extremely pleased to welcome Alan and Craig to the team,” she said. “They bring a wealth of industry experience and an in-depth understanding of the many challenges our clients face. Their expertise will be instrumental in helping us expand our services strategically in targeted markets.”

Lisowski brings to the firm an accomplished career as a consultant in business development and strategic marketing services targeted to engineering, architecture, and construction industry firms throughout the Northeast. He was previously director of business development for Skanska USA Building, Inc. in Milford, Conn., where he spearheaded business development and marketing efforts for the company's move into the health care, higher education, and K-12 markets. He earned his bachelor's degree from William Paterson University in New Jersey and pursued graduate studies in city planning at San Diego State University-California State University.

Wilbur, who previously worked for Pinck & Co. from 2013-15, has more than 25 years of project management experience overseeing capital projects during all phases of design, planning, pre-construction, construction, scheduling, and financial reporting. He previously worked for Williams College in a senior project management role, as an independent Owner’s Project Manager, and for Hartford-based Diversified Project Management as senior project manager. He studied business management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and received a certificate in Computer Aided Design and Construction from Porter & Chester Institute and a construction management certificate from the Construction Institute in Hartford.
