Hartford, CT (November 16, 2017)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Catherine A. Cuggino as an Associate in the Firm’s Business and Finance Department. She is also a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Ms. Cuggino represents real estate developers and business owners in a variety of real estate and financing transactions, including commercial real estate, real estate redevelopment and commercial lending. She also assists clients with land use and zoning transactions, leasing negotiations and dispute resolution. In addition, she has experience representing developers and retailers in preparing and filing land use applications before Connecticut boards and commissions and she has handled land use appeals before the Connecticut Superior Court.
Ms. Cuggino received her J.D. cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law and her B.A. summa cum laude from University of Connecticut. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
