Reid and Riege Attorney Elected President-Elect of the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association

Patricia Jimenez, an attorney with Reid and Riege, P.C., who practices business and commercial real estate law, has been elected President-Elect of the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association (CHBA).  Paty previously served as Secretary of the CHBA and was the recipient of the 2014 CHBA Scholarship.  Paty received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Connecticut.

The Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association was founded in 1993.  The goals of the CHBA are to “enhance the visibility of Hispanic lawyers throughout the state; to facilitate communication and sharing of information and resources among our members; to serve as mentors to new lawyers and law students; and to assist the public and private sectors in achieving diversity in their law firms and legal departments.”  For additional information, please visit

Paty assists clients in a variety of complex real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of real estate located in and outside of the United States.  She also counsels private company borrowers and lending institutions in the negotiation of asset based lending, financing for corporate acquisitions, and real estate lending.
