Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Connecticut received a 4.5 out of 5 in the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s Private Health Insurance Plan Ratings 2019-2020, making it the top-ranked plan in the state. This rating recognizes Anthem as a leader in supporting its members in the state in accessing high-quality healthcare services.
NCQA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health care quality, publicly released its 2019-2020 Health Insurance Plan Ratings. The annual report rates more than 1,000 commercial, Medicaid and Medicare plans based on consumer satisfaction, prevention and treatment and provides consumers, customers and governments a practical and meaningful guide to understating health care options.
