Robinson+Cole Business Litigation Group lawyer Benjamin C. Jensen was selected by the Hartford Business Journal for inclusion in its 2019 “40 Under Forty” class. Mr. Jensen was honored during a special event at East Hartford’s Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field on September 26, 2019.
Mr. Jensen represents clients in litigation and regulatory compliance matters involving technology, data privacy and cybersecurity. In addition to the Business Litigation Group, he is a member of the Robinson+Cole’s Intellectual Property + Technology Group and the Data Privacy + Cybersecurity Team. Mr. Jensen also leads the firm’s Financial Services Cyber-Compliance Team and the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Technology initiative. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Jensen is actively involved in the local business and philanthropic communities, having served as the chair of Hartford Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs (HYPE) and previously on the Board of Directors for the American School for the Deaf. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Connecticut Forum. Mr. Jensen was also recognized by the Connecticut Law Tribune as a “New Leader in the Law.”
