Hartford is the ideal place to start or expand a business and boasts an enviable quality of life in the heart of the Northeast. Realtor.com ranks Hartford #6 on its list of Safest Affordable Metros and the median home purchase price (per square foot) is less than New York City. Our capital city is home to Bushnell Park: the country’s oldest publicly funded park, Wadsworth Atheneum: the oldest public art museum, plus over 2,300 acres of park land perfect for all types of outdoor adventures.

Hartford boasts a rich collection of arts and culture including the Mark Twain House & Museum and the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts. If catching a game is more your speed, find yourself among fans of the Hartford Yard Goats (Double A baseball), Hartford Athletic (United Soccer League), Hartford Wolf Pack (NY Rangers AHL affiliate), and UCONN Huskies athletics. The UCONN Huskies has the most successful women’s basketball program in the nation, with a record of eleven NCAA Division I National Championships. Their men’s basketball program boasts four NCAA Division I National Championships.

The food scene in the Hartford Region is hard to contend with, as we have everything from food trucks to fine dining, a robust assortment of coffee shops, breweries, bars and neighborhood farmers markets, plus innovative food solutions like the Swift Plant.
