Sara K. Bonaiuto Joins Shipman’s Business and Corporate Team

 Shipman & Goodwin LLP is pleased to welcome Sara Bonaiuto as an Associate in the Firm’s Business and Corporate Practice Group.

Sara represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of transactional matters, including both real estate and corporate transactions. She has experience in entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, and financing matters.Sara is a co-chair of the Business Law Section of the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. She is also the co-chair of the Well-Being Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association. Sara received her J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. from Endicott College.
