Celebrating Rapid Growth at F3 Technology Partners

F3 Technology Partners of West Hartford, CT, the region’s leading provider of Data Center and AI solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of two top executives.  Ed Kiernan (right) joined F3 Technology Partners in April of 2024.  He has made a significant impact, progressing from his initial role as Vice President of Strategic Accounts to being named as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).  This well-deserved promotion reflects not only Ed’s exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to customers and partners, but also the strong, growth-focused culture cultivated at F3.

In addition to Ed’s new role, F3 is thrilled to announce the promotion of Vice President, Emily Doucette (middle), to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).  With a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and operational excellence, Emily has been instrumental in driving key initiatives that have positioned F3 for growth and success.  As COO, she will oversee company-wide operations and continue to shape the strategic vision as F3 expands its impact in the technology space.
