Connecticut Wealth Management Honored as a 2026 Best Place to Work for 10th Consecutive Year

FARMINGTON, Connecticut — Connecticut Wealth Management, LLC (CTWM) is proud to announce the firm has been recognized as a 2026 Best Place to Work in Connecticut by the Hartford Business Journal (HBJ), marking the firm’s 10th consecutive year on the list. CTWM ranked #6 in the small/medium business category, reinforcing the firm’s continued commitment to its people and workplace culture.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the work our team has done together over the past years,” said Kevin Leahy, President & CEO of CTWM. “Like any organization, we’ve had moments where feedback challenged us to take a closer look at how we support our people. We rolled up our sleeves, listened carefully, and made meaningful improvements. Seeing our team’s voice reflected in this year’s ranking makes this recognition particularly rewarding.”

CTWM’s mission is to turn life’s aspirations into reality for clients and team members. The firm prioritizes a collaborative environment where meaningful relationships, professional growth, and work-life balance are central to the team’s experience.

The firm’s culture is guided by a common set of core values: integrity, supportive, driven, grit, authentic, empathetic, positive, and collaborative. In addition to professional development, CTWM invests in wellness initiatives and a culture of recognition that celebrates contributions across the firm. Team members also have opportunities to engage in community service, with dedicated time for volunteering and initiatives that support organizations throughout Connecticut.

The Best Place to Work in Connecticut program honors employers that demonstrate strong workplace cultures and high levels of employee satisfaction. The award is based on a two-part evaluation process administered by Workforce Research Group in partnership with the Hartford Business Journal, which examines both company policies and employee survey responses.
