Leadership Greater Hartford Expands Executive Orientation Program with Two Cohorts in 2026

Hartford, CT – Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH) is proud to announce the expansion of its Executive Orientation Program (EOP) in 2026, responding to growing demand from senior leaders new to the Greater Hartford region.

EOP will be offered in **two cohorts—Spring and Fall 2026—**allowing more executives the opportunity to participate in this immersive leadership experience. The Spring 2026 cohort will launch in April.

Designed for senior-level professionals who are new to Greater Hartford, EOP offers five in-depth sessions that explore the region’s business landscape, civic culture, history, and community partnerships. Participants gain valuable insight into the systems, sectors, and relationships that shape the region—while building meaningful connections with peers and community leaders.

The Spring 2026 session schedule is as follows:

Session 1: April 30 | 1–5 PM

Session 2: May 6 | 9 AM–1 PM

Session 3: May 14 | 1–5 PM

Session 4: May 20 | 9 AM–1 PM

Session 5: May 27 | 1–6:30 PM

EOP has become a vital on-ramp for executives seeking to lead effectively and responsibly in Greater Hartford,” said Larisa Kottke, President and CEO of LGH. “By expanding the program, we’re meeting the needs of a growing leadership community eager to understand and engage with the region more deeply.

Since its launch, EOP has helped executives accelerate their regional understanding, strengthen community connections, and lead with greater context and impact.
