Leadership Greater Hartford Now Accepting Applications for Quest 2026
A Leadership Development Program for Mid-Career Professionals Committed to Growth and Community Impact
Hartford, CT – Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH) is proud to announce that applications are now open for Quest 2026, a transformative 10-month program designed to elevate the leadership capacity of mid-career professionals across all sectors.
Since 1986, Quest has brought together leaders from business, government, and nonprofits to explore the strengths and challenges of the Greater Hartford region while building critical skills to lead with purpose and influence. Participants engage in interactive workshops, peer coaching, regional field experiences, and a hands-on community project that addresses realworld issues.
“Quest is more than a leadership program—it’s a journey of personal growth and civic connection,” said Mae Maloney, Senior Program Director at LGH. “Participants leave with stronger leadership tools, deeper self-awareness, and lasting relationships that extend beyond the workplace.”
What Quest Offers:
Ten-month immersive experience from February to December 2026
Monthly in-person sessions focused on leadership development, equity and inclusion, communication styles, and regional exploration
Community impact project where participants collaborate to address a local challenge
One-on-one coaching, group dialogue, and facilitated team-building experiences
Access to a powerful alumni network of over 2,400 professionals
Quest is ideal for professionals looking to grow in their current roles, make career pivots, or expand their regional engagement. The program welcomes applicants from a wide range of industries and backgrounds, with a particular emphasis on cross-sector collaboration and community impact.
Tuition is primarily covered by the participant’s employer, with a $350 individual contribution. Flexible payment plans and limited scholarships are available.
Applications are now open and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Early registration is encouraged, as space is limited and demand for the program continues to grow.
