Leadership Greater Hartford Now Recruiting for Fall 2025 Executive Orientation Program

Hartford, CT — Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH) is now accepting applications for the Fall 2025 cohort of its highly regarded Executive Orientation Program (EOP), a unique opportunity designed for senior-level professionals who are new to the Greater Hartford region or new to their roles.

EOP provides an immersive, fast-paced experience that introduces participants to the people, partnerships, and potential of the region. Through engaging site visits, panel discussions, and facilitated conversations, participants explore the key assets, challenges, and opportunities shaping Hartford today.
