Leadership Greater Hartford Presents 2026 “Lessons in Leadership” Virtual Spring Series
Hartford, CT – Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH) is pleased to announce its 2026 Lessons in Leadership series, a virtual spring leadership development experience designed to help participants reflect, connect, and grow as values-driven leaders.
The four-part series will explore Strong Ground: Standing Your Sacred Ground in Turbulent Times by Dr. Brené Brown, offering participants the opportunity to engage deeply with themes of courage, belonging, integrity, and resilience. Through guided discussion and interactive learning, participants will examine how to apply Brown’s research to real-world leadership challenges.
Each session will be led by local facilitators who bring their own expertise, lived experience, and community perspective, creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment. The series also features interactive breakout rooms, allowing participants to connect with peers and explore ideas in smaller group settings.

Registration Fee: $40 for LGH alumni; $80 for community members
Lessons in Leadership is open to professionals, community members, and emerging leaders seeking thoughtful conversation, practical leadership tools, and connection during a time of ongoing change.
