Attorney Kelly F. O’Donnell has been elected as a member of Pullman & Comley, LLC. Kelly’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, contract review and negotiation, customer and vendor agreements and negotiations, protection of intellectual property, corporate succession planning and tax planning advice.
