Breeze Airways Launches Nonstop Service to Louisville from Bradley International Airport, Celebrates Milestone Anniversary
Windsor Locks, CONN – May 29, 2026 – The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) is pleased to announce that Breeze Airways officially launched nonstop service Friday morning between Bradley International Airport (BDL) and Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) in Louisville, Kentucky.
The summer seasonal service now operates twice a week on Mondays and Fridays on an Airbus A220 aircraft, with 137 seats and at the following times:
BDL to SDF: 7:35am (Departure) | 9:55am (Arrival)
SDF to BDL: 10:35am (Departure) | 12:45pm (Arrival)
“Today’s inaugural flight to Louisville coincides with Breeze celebrating its fifth anniversary at Bradley International Airport this week,” said Michael W. Shea, Executive Director and CEO. “Our ongoing partnership with Breeze and its expanding presence at Bradley has provided the community with added convenience thanks to a growing list of nonstop destinations and affordable fares.”
Since its arrival in May 2021, Breeze has carried more than 2.1 million passengers through BDL, which also serves as one of the airline’s bases. Breeze flies nonstop from BDL to 23 destinations and has grown to five gates in the terminal. The airline is also a key partner in the Autism Flies, Honor Flight, and other local events.
In addition to the new service to Louisville (SDF), Breeze flies nonstop between BDL and Charleston (CHS), Cincinnati (CVG), Columbus (CMH), Daytona Beach (DAB), Fort Myers (RSW), Greensboro/Winston-Salem (GSO), Greenville/Spartanburg (GSP), Jacksonville (JAX), Las Vegas (LAS), Myrtle Beach (MYR), New Bern (EWN), Norfolk (ORF), Orlando (MCO), Phoenix (PHX), Pittsburgh (PIT), Raleigh/Durham (RDU), Richmond (RIC), Sarasota/Bradenton (SRQ), Savannah (SAV), Tampa (TPA), Vero Beach (VRB), and Wilmington (ILM).
