JPMorgan Holds Women's Health Spotlight Film Screening at TheaterWorks Hartford

On October 7, JPMorgan held a screening of The M Factor: Shredding the Silence at TheaterWorks Hartford as part of their Women's Health Spotlight.

The event included around 20-30 women attendees (C-suite, leaders, founders etc.). JPMorgan’s Meredith Young moderated the panel with two physicians: Dr. Danielle Luciano, MD, Professor and Interim Chair at UCONN Health and Co-Director of CTEndoRise, and Dr. Lenora Williams, M.D. Obstetrician and Gynecologist and NAMS Certified Menopause Specialist.

Together, the group watched The M Factor: Shredding the Silence and engaged in an open conversation about how menopause and perimenopause impact women in the workforce. Their discussion illuminated the physical, emotional, and professional realities women face during these transitions. They emphasized that menopause and perimenopause are not just health topics—they are critical workplace and societal issues. By fostering understanding and advocating for supportive policies, companies can empower women to thrive both personally and professionally.
