Robinson+Cole Lateral Growth Committee Chair and Immediate-Past Managing Partner Rhonda Tobin has once again been listed in the Hartford Business Journal’s annual Power Players section highlighting the region’s most influential leaders. The seventh annual “Power 50” features leaders from the private- and public-sectors, nonprofit, higher education, real estate, and health care professionals who are identified by the publication’s editorial staff as “not only top leaders within their organizations but also of the broader business community.”
In her profile, Rhonda describes today’s most effective leaders as transparent, collaborative, and grounded in clear communication. By focusing on trust, inclusion, and adaptability, she underscores the importance of staying anchored in values while embracing change and innovation. “Collaboration and consensus building are central to how I lead; I view myself as a partner among partners, and working together strengthens our culture in meaningful ways.” In addition, Rhonda credits Connecticut’s collaborative spirit as central to her experience, noting that she quickly found “a strong sense of community and family” both professionally and personally. She values the state’s business community environment, diverse economy, and the rare combination of complex, high‑level work with authentic relationships.
