CCSU's Virtual Scholars for Life! Speaking Series kicks off with 9/11 Talk

Dr. Matt Warshauer, Professor of History, kicks off CCSU's Scholars For Life! speaking series with his talk: The 9/11 Generation and the Meaning of September 11th on Wednesday, September 9th @ 7:00 pm, sponsored by The Hospital of Central CT and CCSU's Alumni Association.For those who lived through 9/11, our overpowering memories flash into our minds the moment we see an image of an exploding plane or a mangled tower. For those Americans in their adolescence, too young to understand, or not yet born, September 11th means something entirely different. Join us as Professor Matt Warshauer explores the meaning of the most important moment in the 21st Century.Attendance is complimentary, but registration is required.
