Chrysalis Center Real Estate Corporation Opens “Courtland Arms” in Downtown New Britain
Chrysalis Center Real Estate Corporation (CCREC) is pleased to announce the opening of “Courtland Arms” a new housing development located at 57 Court Street in downtown New Britain. CCREC preserves and develops housing throughout the State of Connecticut and is the sister company to Chrysalis Center, a 43 year old social services organization with its main headquarters in Hartford, CT.
Originally built in 1910, the historic five-story building, which sat vacant for 25 years, underwent a complete renovation which now includes 24 individual one-bedroom apartment units, a community room, laundry facility and onsite parking.
